As usual those in charge say things like “the industry is supportive” but the reality is that this is the response they hear when asking Tier 1s in closed shop meetings when in actual fact the response from industry has been wholly negative

Self build MMC mortgages could be introduced which could be a welcome step.
P2P lenders could also be involved as they lend on more build methods and have more flexibility than traditional rigid lending. The key is opening up the lending market here

Subcontractors arent expected to undertake tests they are mandated through accreditation to RISQS
